Please DO NOT download, copy, print-screen, take a screenshot with any device of proof images, displayed watermarked images or text on this website. Proof images are for display purposes only on my website and are stored at Low Resolution. Proof Images may NOT be displayed on sites such as Facebook, Social Media, websites, forums or for advertising in any format without my written permission. People in breach of my Copyright Terms will face a Copyright Infringement Penalty & possible Legal Action. Images Purchased do not have the wording Proof across the photographs.No editing or cropping to images allowed. Images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written permission of OneEyedFrog Photography.
How do I find or search for an image?
There is a search feature at the top of each gallery to make it easier for you to search for a particular image. You can search your horse name or number and even your own name.
There is an image on the website that I do not like of myself, can you remove it please?
Yes, I can. If you would like an image removed from the site please send an email to Admin@oneeyedfrog.net with the image number. Your photo will be removed as soon as possible.
How do I view my favourite photos?
PC - Please Login. After logging in you will find the favourites listed at the top off the screen. Tablets - Please log in and select the dropdown menu for the Favourites.

How do I Purchase Images?
1. Click on the image and select the shopping cart icon. 2. Purchase your desired item. We offer Digital images, Prints, Framed Prints, Packages and much more. 3. Use the View Cart Option to Update, Remove or Amend Orders. 4. Double Check your Order. 5. Once all the Information is correct, proceed to the Checkout and Pay for your Order.
What Payments do you accept?
We accept COD, Credit Card and PayPal. Payment can also be made via Bank Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit. If you wish to Pay via Direct Deposit or Cash an invoice will be sent to your email address.

I bought digital images but I have not received them?
Unless you bought an option for a cd or drop box your images will be only available to download.

Under each photo is a download button on your order. Only click this option if you are familiar with computers and zip files. This allows multiple downloads at once!
Purchased Images
ALL Images Purchased do not have the wording Proof across the photographs. We will not be responsible for LOSSES of Digital images or Printing inaccuracies. You must save your digital images on your computer or disc. * Just like screen calibration, photo printer calibration is mandatory. This will ensure printing accuracy.
Digital Images
Delivery for Low Resolution social Media Images can be downloaded as soon as payment is made.
Delivery for Digital High Resolution Images may take up to 48 hours.
Digital Image: Includes Colour Correction, Slight Editing, Image Straightening and Watermarks are removed. "Proof Images" are removed on Images.
Low Res images include a small watermark, this may not be removed.
High Resolution images are larger and do not have any watermark and have no restrictions on printing.
Digital Images are for Personal Use on Social Media Platforms. For Sale Adds Accepted for Horse Images only. Not to be used Commercially without a Commercial Fees - Images may not be used by a third party (newspaper / magazine / website etc) without permission and the receipt of an additional commercial fee.

Orders are completed during Business Hours TUE - THUR : (10AM - 5 PM)

Fine Art Image Editing
Includes Colour Correction, Image Straightening and the word PROOF is removed from all images after purchase. These Edits may take days to complete and are based on an hourly rate.
Full Edits on equestrian Images
Includes Colour Correction, Image Straightening and the word PROOF is removed from all images after purchase Flies, Horse Manure, Braids Fixed, Tidy Backgrounds on Digitally enhanced background picturesque, black or white (Enhance features, Ears forward, Remove Objects, Add Objects like other horses, Tidy Mane, Tail and all braids on horse, clean dirt or mud of horses)
Ugly watermarks are these removed?
Watermarked with the wording PROOF is removed from all images after purchase. This includes digitals and Prints. Social Media Images have a small logo in the corner of images. Low Resolution Digital Images may not be good for printing. High Resolution Digital Images are perfect for printing larger prints. Monitors and Printers must be calibrated.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes! Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.
What Products do you offer?
We believe a printed image will last a lifetime and give you options to purchase Greeting Cards, Canvases, Fine Art, Framed Photographs and Printed Photographs. All images can be purchased as Greeting Cards, Photographs, Framed Photographs, Canvases, Banners or Digital Photographs. Montages and Professionally Edited Photographic Services and Designs are available.
Papers, Printing and Framing?
All imagery is printed using a large selection of Archival Inks Photographic Papers and Canvases printed with Epson Large Format Printers. Images are professionally printed on photographic paper with an archival life of 200 years
Can I book a Private Photo-shoot?
Yes. You can book online
How long after an event are the photos are on the Website?
I usually start uploading the pictures within a few hours after an event or Photo Session and it can take a few hours or sometimes a couple of days!
Do you photograph everyone in an Equestrian event?
I do try my best to cover everyone in an event, often I have to photograph presentations or clients who have booked a photo-shoot during the event or I am simply taking a deserved break. If you would like to be photographed during an event BOOKINGS
Do you keep Equestrian Galleries online forever?
Equestrian Galleries are deleted 6 months from the date of the event. *ARCHIVED EQUESTRIAN IMAGES ARE SAVED OFFLINE (Archival Fees start at $20 per image)

The prices of Products are stated on the Web Site and unless stated otherwise are quoted inclusive of GST. The prices are subject to change without notice.

Stock and Delivery Dates
We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all Products. Allow up to twenty-eight days from date of purchase for the delivery of the product. Depending upon the method of dispatch chosen and the delivery address, delivery of products will normally be between 1 and 7 days of dispatch. All items are shipped with Australia Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Parcel Pick Up
Ayr Hill Equestrian Centre. Soldiers Road Clyde Nth. Must call or text 0420891067 with your order number to organize a date and time to collect your purchases. Pick Up Available Mon, Tue or Fri. Weekend Deliveries can be organized!
Delivery address and overseas deliveries
We will deliver Products to the address you supply when ordering on the Web Site. It would be helpful if you would provide an address where someone will be in (work address, neighbour, friend etc.). We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take personal delivery of the Products. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or relevant courier company as applicable to arrange the collection or delivery of Products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.’
Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary by location and type and combination of Products ordered. Delivery charges will be notified to you on the Web Site when you place an order and confirmed to you in a confirmatory email.
Overseas orders
We can accept orders from most overseas addresses. Any local charges incurred must be met by the recipient of the Products.
