OneEyedFrog Photography® Terms & Conditions

1. Proof Images

• Usage: Proof images are low-resolution and for viewing only on the OneEyedFrog Photography® website.
• Prohibited Actions: Downloading, copying, or taking screenshots is strictly prohibited and considered theft.
• Usage Restrictions: Proof images cannot be used on social media, websites, ads, or by third-party sponsors without authorization.
• Unauthorized Use Penalty: A $150 per photo charge applies for unauthorized use. Non-payment may result in account suspension.

2. Permissions & Fees

• Commercial Use: Requires written permission and payment, including for advertising, sales, or third-party use.
• Personal Use: Allowed for non-commercial purposes, including social media, with proper credit to OneEyedFrog Photography®.

3. Purchased Images

• Watermark-Free: Purchased images do not have "Proof" watermarks.
• Usage Restrictions: Images cannot be cropped, copied, transmitted, manipulated, or used by third parties (including brands, sponsors, designers, magazines, or advertisers) without explicit permission.
• Photo Credit: Any reproduction must include credit to OneEyedFrog Photography®.

4. Personal Use

• Allowed Uses: Social media, personal websites, and printing (up to A2 size) with credit. Editorial use requires attribution to OneEyedFrog Photography®.
• Social Media: Proper credit and hashtags must be used when posting.

5. VEIS Schools Use

• Permitted Uses: School websites, newsletters, and personal use with proper credit. Images cannot be cropped, copied, or manipulated.

6. Order Processing

• Digital Orders: Processed within 48–72 hours (business days). Orders placed after 7 PM are processed the next business morning.
• Image Preparation: All images undergo color correction and straightening.
• Production Time: Montages, frames, and prints take up to a week; large orders may take up to six weeks. Fine art equine edits are billed hourly and may take several days.

7. Delivery

• Shipping: Orders are sent via Australia Post or courier. Customers must provide a valid delivery address where someone can receive the package.

8. Payment

• Methods: Credit card, PayPal, cash, direct deposit, or payment plans. Prices may change without notice. Orders may be limited or canceled based on account status or billing details.

9. Accuracy of Information

• Corrections: Errors or omissions on the website may be corrected without prior notice. Pricing updates are made as required by law.

10. External Links

• No Implicit Approval: Third-party links do not imply endorsement. OneEyedFrog Photography® is not responsible for external content, products, or services.

11. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: OneEyedFrog Photography® is a registered trademark owned by Sharlene Phillips. All rights, including copyright, trademarks, and designs, are protected and remain the property of OneEyedFrog Photography®.

12. Changes & Amendments

• Modifications: Terms may be updated at any time, with changes effective upon posting. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updates.

13. Acceptance of Terms

• User Agreement: By accessing the website or services, users agree to these terms. Those who do not agree are not authorized to use the website or services.
