WEATHER In the event that inclement weather causes your your Photo Service or Event to be cancelled or rescheduled, you have the option to reschedule or cancel your contract. OR, if OneEyedFrog Photography deems that particular weather conditions during your scheduled service poses an unnecessary risk to the photographer or the photography equipment, we reserve the right to stop the service and either issue a refund or reschedule the service (customer's choice). What constitutes inclement weather? Generally any weather condition, such as rain, sleet, hail, lightning, or extremely high winds and hot weather above 36 Degrees which may cause damage to the subject, photographer, or equipment. Usually, these are the same conditions which will cause an event to be rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled.
Terms and Conditions of Sale of All Images
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all products you enter into a contract to purchase on this Web Site ("Products" and a "Contract" respectively),with the exception of photographs which are governed by the PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These terms are specific to Products but Contracts are also governed by the General Terms and Conditions which you should also read. Variations to these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall only be effective if posted on this Web Site or where specifically accepted and agreed by us in writing.
Purchased Images ALL Images Purchased do not have the wording Proof across the photographs. We will not be responsible for LOSSES of Digital images or Printing inaccuracies. You must save your digital images on your computer or disc. * Just like screen calibration, photo printer calibration is mandatory. This will ensure printing accuracy. Purchased images may be published in magazines, and used on websites providing it is credited to Sharlene Phillips @OneEyedFrog Photography
Digital Images Delivery for Low Resolution social Media Images can be downloaded as soon as payment is made. Delivery for Digital High Resolution Images may take up to 48 hours. Digital Image : Includes Colour Correction, Image Straightening and Watermarks are removed. "Proof Images" are removed on Images. Low Res images include a small watermark, this may not be removed. High Resolution images are larger and do not have any watermark and have no restrictions on printing. Digital Images are for Personal Use on Social Media Platforms. For Sale Adds Accepted for Horse Images only. Not to be used Commercially without a Commercial Fees - Images may not be used by a third party (newspaper / magazine / website etc) without permission and the receipt of an additional commercial fee.
PRINT ORDERS: Orders are completed during Business Hours TUE - THUR : (10AM - 5 PM) Includes Colour Correction, Slight Editing, Image Straightening and Watermarks are removed. Images may not be used by a third party without permission and the receipt of an additional commercial fees.
These images are used to promote your business, product or brand on either your website or third party websites or publications Reproduction in any medium should also include a photo credit (example) Photo: OneEyedFrog Photography on the printed material
We archive your purchased images for 6 Months. Images which are not ordered are purged from our systems twice monthly in order to make room for new clients. Please note: OneEyedFrog Photography™ owns the copyright to all images, including proofs. Images may not be copied, scanned or reproduced in any way without written permission.
Supplier of Products
The Products you purchase will be chosen by OneEyedFrog Photography.

The prices of Products are stated on the Web Site and unless stated otherwise are quoted inclusive of GST. The prices are subject to change without notice.

We cannot accept any liability for any failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this Web Site or for any incorrect information provided by the customer.
Stock and Delivery Dates
We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all Products. Allow up to twenty-eight days from date of purchase for the delivery of the product. Depending upon the method of dispatch chosen and the delivery address, delivery of products will normally be between 1 and 7 days of dispatch. All items are shipped with Australia Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Parcel Pick Up
Must call or text 0420891067 with your order number to organize a date and time to collect your purchases. Pick Up Available Mon, Tue or Fri. Weekend Deliveries can be organized!
Delivery address and overseas deliveries
We will deliver Products to the address you supply when ordering on the Web Site. It would be helpful if you would provide an address where someone will be in (work address, neighbour, friend etc.). We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take personal delivery of the Products. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or relevant courier company as applicable to arrange the collection or delivery of Products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary by location and type and combination of Products ordered. Delivery charges will be notified to you on the Web Site when you place an order and confirmed to you in a confirmatory email.
Overseas orders
We can accept orders from most overseas addresses. Any local charges incurred must be met by the recipient of the Products.

Payments for Products can be made via Credit Cards, PayPal, Cash or Cheque or Payment Plans
