With more than 40 years of professional photographic experience, Sharlene Phillips is an Australian photographer and the founder of OneEyedFrog Photography®, based in Berwick, Victoria.
Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Sharlene combines formal artistic training with extensive professional experience, a refined eye for composition and a genuine passion for capturing people, animals, horses, nature and the moments that matter.
Her photography has been published internationally and throughout Australia, with work appearing across equestrian, editorial, lifestyle, commercial and specialist publications and media. Her career has included photographic work for recognised organisations, events and publications, establishing a reputation built on experience, professionalism and a distinctive photographic style.
Equestrian & Equine
Equestrian and equine photography are a particular area of expertise. With decades spent photographing horses, riders and competitions, Sharlene understands the movement, timing, atmosphere and connection required to capture compelling equestrian imagery.

A Passion for Animals & Nature
The name OneEyedFrog has a very personal story.
Sharlene has a longstanding passion for frogs, animals and Australian wildlife. Frogs have been part of her life for many years and inspired the distinctive name behind her photography business. She keeps and breeds frogs under a private advanced wildlife licence, reflecting her genuine interest in their care, behaviour and the natural environment.
Her love of animals naturally extends into her photography, particularly her work with horses, pets and wildlife.
