Proof images must not be:
- Posted on social media (including posts, reels, stories or highlights)
- Used on websites, forums, advertisements or promotional material
- Supplied to sponsors, third parties, designers or media
- Printed or reproduced in any form
- Processed, edited, or altered using AI-assisted tools
Any unauthorised use of proof images is considered theft and will incur a $150 charge per image.
Failure to comply may result in account de-authorisation.

- Style transfer or manipulation software
Use of copyrighted images in AI systems may constitute copyright infringement where:
- The AI system has access to the copyrighted image, and
- Produces outputs substantially similar to the original work

VEIS Schools Use

Commercial Use
- Commercial use requires written permission and payment
- Commercial use includes:

- Processed during business hours (Tue–Thu, 10am–5pm)
- Prints delivered within up to 2 weeks

- Fine Art Equine Editing: Background changes and advanced work (hourly rates apply)
AI-assisted editing is available by request only.
