Proof Images

• Proof images on the website are low-resolution and intended for display purposes only.
• Downloading, copying, or taking screenshots of proof images, or watermarked images and text, is considered theft.
• Proof images cannot be displayed or used on social media, reels, stories, websites, ads, third-party sponsors, forums, or in any form of advertising, print, or media.
• Unauthorized use of proof images will incur a $150 charge per photo.
• Failure to comply will result in your account being deauthorized.
• AI Use Notice: Proof images may not be processed with AI-assisted tools for editing or optimization. Unauthorized use of these images, including AI-generated derivatives, is prohibited.

Account Registration and Login

• Create an Account: Free registration allows you to view and purchase images from equestrian galleries, access past orders, save favorite photos, and speed up checkout. Students should avoid using school email addresses and seek parental permission if under 13.
• Email Activation: A valid email address is required. Check your Junk/Spam folders for the activation email.

Forgot Password:

1. Go to the login screen on our website.
2. Click the "Forgot Password" link.
3. Enter your account email address.
4. Click "Reset Password."
5. Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for the link.
6. Click the link and create a new password.
7. Log in with your new password.

Copyright & Trademark

• All images are copyrighted by OneEyedFrog Photography®.
• Unauthorized use, such as cropping, reproducing, copying, or transmitting images without written permission, may lead to legal action.
• AI Use Notice: AI-generated or AI-assisted reproductions of our images are considered unauthorized use unless expressly permitted in writing.
• OneEyedFrog Photography® is a registered trademark.

Finding or Searching for an Image

• Use the search feature at the top of each gallery.
• Enter keywords (e.g., horse's name, horse number, your name).
• Click "Search" to display matching images.

Removing Images

• Child’s Photo: Email Admin@oneeyedfrog.net with the image number(s) and contact information for legal removal.
• Unwanted Image: Email Admin@oneeyedfrog.net with the image number(s) and contact information.

Gift Vouchers

• Claim Multiple Vouchers: Email Admin@oneeyedfrog.net with voucher codes to combine them and add credit to your account.
• Using a Voucher:
  1. Add items to your cart.
  2. Enter the voucher code at checkout.

Purchasing Images

• Visit the "How to Purchase Images" section on the website.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card, PayPal, direct deposit, COD.
• Payment Plans: Contact Admin@oneeyedfrog.net.
• Order Processing: Email confirmation is sent upon payment.
• Missing Digital Images: Check spam/junk folders or contact Admin@oneeyedfrog.net.

Purchased Images Agreement:

• Purchased images do not contain watermarks.
• Save images to your computer or disc.
• Screen and printer calibration is recommended for printing.
• AI Use Notice: 
•  Unauthorized AI redistribution of purchased images is prohibited.
•  Images must not be uploaded to processed by or used within any artificial intelligence system software application or platform including AI training image generation enhancement manipulation style transfer datasets or reference libraries without prior written permission from OneEyedFrog Photography®.

  Use of copyrighted images in AI systems may constitute copyright infringement where an AI program
  (1) has access to the copyrighted work and
  (2) produces outputs that are substantially similar to the original image.

Commercial & Personal Use

• Commercial Use: Requires permission and payment. Selling a horse, product, or generating sales through images is commercial use. Third-party use is prohibited without written consent.
• Personal Use: Allowed for non-profit purposes and social media. Credit OneEyedFrog Photography® or www.oneeyedfrog.com.au Hashtags encouraged.
• VEIS Schools Use: Images may be used for school websites, newsletters, and personal purposes. Photo credit required.

Digital Image Delivery

• Low-Resolution Images: For social media, small watermark, delivered within 48 - 72 hours.
• High-Resolution Images: For printing, no watermark, delivered within 48 - 72 hours.

Guidelines for Credit:

• Personal Use: Acknowledge OneEyedFrog Photography®.
• Reproduction: Written permission and photo credit required.
• Editorial: Credit line required.

Print Orders & Image Editing

• Print Orders: Completed during business hours (Tue–Thu, 10 AM–5 PM).
• Delivery: Up to 2 weeks for prints; other products may take 14 business days.

Editing Options:

• Basic: Color correction and slight editing.
• Full: Extensive editing and enhancements.
• Fine Art Equine Editing: Color correction, background changes, extensive enhancements. (Additional hourly costs apply.)
• AI Use Notice: AI-assisted editing may be applied upon client request, but all AI-enhanced images remain copyrighted by OneEyedFrog Photography®.

Product Selection: Greeting cards, canvases, fine art prints, and more.
Printing: Archival inks and photographic papers using Epson Large Format Printers.

Private Photo-Shoot Booking

• Book online or email Admin@oneeyedfrog.net.

Event Photo Uploads

• Photos usually uploaded within hours, sometimes a couple of days.
• To remove an image, email Admin@oneeyedfrog.net with image number and phone number.
• Equestrian galleries are deleted 6 months after the event. Archived images available for $20 per image.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices include GST and may change without notice.
• Payment via credit card, PayPal, cash, cheque, or payment plans.
• High-risk transactions may require verification.
• Orders may be canceled based on account, billing, or shipping details.

Accuracy & Links

• Website may contain typos, inaccuracies, or omissions.
• Corrections may occur without notice.
• Links to other resources do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Intellectual Property Rights

• OneEyedFrog Photography® owns worldwide intellectual property, including copyright, trademarks, designs, and goodwill.
• No rights are transferred to users.
• Trademarks and logos used on the website are protected.
• AI Use Notice: All images remain copyrighted. AI-generated derivatives without permission are prohibited.

Changes and Amendments

• Policies may be updated at any time.
• Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of changes.

Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing and using the website, users agree to these terms.
