Horse Preparation:
All horses must be cleaned prior to photo sessions.
Horses can be braided, clipped, have their hooves painted, and makeup applied.
Bridles, saddles, and bits should also be cleaned.
Image Delivery:
Selection of 3 images will be delivered within 14 days.
Extra images can be purchased.
All images are supplied in high resolution (300 ppi).
Additional Products are available at an additional cost.
Payment:
A 50% deposit is required 48 hours prior to the session. Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or cash.
The deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date and is non-refundable but can be swapped to another date in the case of bad weather or sickness.
If the session is canceled less than 24 hours prior, the 50% deposit is not refunded.
Travel Costs:
Travel is at no cost up to 50 km from Berwick. Beyond 50 km, there is a charge of $0.75 per km.
Interstate Fees:
Cost coverage of flights, accommodation, food, and rental car may be applicable for interstate sessions.
