Proof Images
Purpose: Proof images are low-resolution and intended solely for display on the OneEyedFrog Photography® website.
Prohibited Actions: Downloading, copying, taking screenshots, or reproducing proof images or text is considered theft.
Usage Restrictions: Proof images cannot be used on social media, reels, or stories, websites or forums, advertising or sales materials, or by third-party sponsors or media.
Unauthorized Use Penalty: A charge of $150 per photo will be applied and invoiced if proof images are used without permission.
Account Consequences: Failure to comply may result in your account being deauthorized until the invoice is paid in full.
AI Use Notice: Proof images may be not be processed using AI tools for editing or optimization. Unauthorized AI-generated derivatives are prohibited.
Accessing and Purchasing Equestrian Event Images
Account Creation and Login
Benefits of Registering: Access past orders, save favorite photos and videos, and enjoy faster checkout.
Instructions: Log in or create an account to view and purchase images from Equestrian and Interschool Equestrian Galleries.
Agreement: By logging in, you acknowledge that Equestrian Event Images are proofs only.
Viewing Recommendations: For the best experience, use a computer or iPad.
Gallery Duration: Galleries are deleted six months from the event date.
Purchasing Images
How to Buy: Click any photo and select the shopping cart icon (price list displays automatically on mobile).
Favorite Images: Click the heart icon to add to your Favorites folder; click again to remove.
Managing Orders: View Favorites in your account, update, remove, or modify orders via “View Cart,” double-check your order before checkout, and complete payment to finalize your order.
Image Options: Convert images to black & white using the Filter option.
Terms and Conditions of Sales & Images
Definitions: Commercial Use is using images to advertise, promote, or sell a product or service (including selling a horse) and requires permission and payment. Personal Use is non-profit purposes only; commercial use requires applicable fees.
Purchased Images: Purchased images do not contain the “Proof” watermark. They cannot be cropped, reproduced, copied, transmitted, or manipulated without written permission. They cannot be used with third parties, other websites, sales ads, graphic designers, photographers, artists, magazines, newsletters, schools, clubs, or sponsors. AI-assisted editing may only be applied by OneEyedFrog Photography® for client requests. Unauthorized AI redistribution is prohibited.

Use and Credits: For commercial use, include credit: Photo: OneEyedFrog Photography on printed material. Social media use is allowed with credit: Photo: OneEyedFrog Photography. School use is permitted for websites, newsletters, and personal use with credit.
Other Products and Services: Montages, frames, or prints are completed in up to one week; large orders may take up to six weeks. Print orders are completed during business hours.
Image Editing Options:
- Basic edits include color correction, straightening, and removal of “Proof” watermark and manure.
- Full edits include basic edits plus removal of flies/manure, tidying backgrounds, and fixing horse features.
- Fine Art Editing includes extensive edits such as enhanced backgrounds, charged hourly, and may take several days. AI-assisted editing may be used upon client request, and all edited images remain copyrighted.
Delivery: Images are delivered via Australia Post, courier, or email. Delivery addresses must be one where someone can accept delivery; customers are responsible for collection if unavailable.
Payment: Accepted methods include credit card, PayPal, cash, cheque, or payment plans. By using OneEyedFrog Photography® services, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized use will incur the penalties outlined above.
